Our client in Deerfield, IL (remote) is seeking a Benefits Analyst to join their team! Will be brought on to assist team while they implement a new benefits system. Responsibilities include investigate and respond to employee inquiries, process vendor invoices, update LOA statuses, process wellness incentive credits, benefit billing reconciliation, etc. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of benefits administration experience including LOA knowledge. This position will work about 20 hours a week remotely and assignment should last 6-8 months.
