HR DIRECTOR- Northwest Suburbs, IL - This privately held manufacturing company is looking for a dynamic HR leader to join their team and guide the company through growth and transformation.  Are you an experienced HR professional that wants to work in a highly collaborative environment and partner with senior leadership on a daily basis?   If you are a hands-on change agent with recent manufacturing industry experience then this role is for you!  The HR Director will lead all HR practices and provide an employee oriented, high performance culture that emphasized empowerment, quality, productive and standards, goal attainment and the recruitment and ongoing development of a top workforce.  Ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience along with a BA/BS degree. 

BENEFITS MANAGER- West Suburbs, IL - Responsibilities include managing the administration of medical, dental, life, short/long term disability, flexible spending accounts and 401K administration. This position will manage plan design, renewals, open enrollment as well as billing statements, enrollment reports and discrimination testing. Client has a large, variable workforce – expertise with ACA a must. Union experience highly desirable, as is knowledge of ERISA, HIPPA, financials and vendor management. BA/BS required, in addition to 7+ years exp. This position works with a dynamic leadership team and offers excellent visibility and support to the CFO, in addition to the opportunity to identify and implement plan enhancements to support the meaningful purpose of the overall organization.

INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER – South Suburbs, IL - Excellent Opportunity for an ideal candidate who will have an opportunity to be a part of the organization’s strategic initiative to build the best training in the industry. Will establish an internal instructional design practice to create learning solutions, create "how to" videos, create content for facilitation and multi-media training. Will be responsible for needs assessments, working with SME's and measurement of training once in place. Bachelor's degree required with 4+ years of ID experience. Ability to work remote up to 50% of the time!
