Our Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 63.3% for Client Satisfaction is significantly higher than the staffing industry’s average of -2%!, and 88.9% for Talent Satisfaction is significantly higher than the staffing industry’s average of 24%.
Will AI Create More Jobs Than It’s Replacing in 2020?!
According to Gartner Inc.’s 2017 Hype Cycle for Emerging Technologies, artificial intelligence (AI) is expected to automate 1.8 million people out of work by 2020. Taken at face value, this statistic is alarming. However, when you dig deeper into the report, you find that Gartner also predicts AI will create 2.3 million jobs by 2020. If so, the net gain will be 500,000 jobs created. Here a few reasons why AI will create more jobs than it’s replacing in 2020.
